By Car

Gurrigal St is a small street off the main road called Military Rd.

If you are driving from the city: You cannot turn right into Gurrigal St so you need to turn right earlier. Turn right at Belmont Rd from Military Rd and come along until you get to Harbour St. Turn left into Harbour St and continue up right to the end and it will turn left into a little laneway (Nathan Lane) and into Gurrigal St. However also see parking directions below as sometimes Harbour St is a good place to park!
Alternatively drive East on Ourimbah Rd and turn right into Cowles Rd and cross over Military Rd. Then turn left into Art Gallery Way and then left into Harbour St.

Driving from the Northern Beaches: Simply continue along Military Rd, through the Spit Junction lights and turn left into Gurrigal St

Parking: Please allow extra time for parking as sometimes it can be busy!

• There are 2 hour parking spots in Gurrigal St and Harbour St.
• There is a parking station in Vista St (2 streets over) which has various levels with 1-4 hour parking options for FREE. There is a pathway that cuts right through to Harbour St from just outside the carpark.
• There is another council carpark off Myahgah Rd (another street over).
• Bridgepoint shopping centre has 2-3 hours free parking. You can walk over Military Rd via the bridge in 5 mins.
• Military Rd has 1/2 hr parking after 10 am on the Southern (Gurrigal St) side.

By Bus

It is easily accessible via bus services; there are very frequent services from the city and northern beaches. Simply ask to get off at Spit Junction and the practice is a short walk from there.
